Starbucks

I went with the lovely and extremely talented Miss Boland.

We were gonna go to Costa Coffee but it was quite busy so we opted for Starbucks instead (much to my delight!) as it wasnt as busy, so Miss Boland ordered a gingerbread latte and i ordered a pepperment hot chocolate-yes a peppermint hot chocolate!!, which we had to wait for quite a while before they were ready.

So when they were ready we carried them with huge smiles on a face and walked towards a little table near the window and we sat and drank our yummy beverages and chatted about lots and lots of different things and laughed and made a lot of noise. We were happy.

After that we debated whether to order another drink or not but we decided not too as there was a lot of other stuff we wanted/needed to do and we didnt have very much time to do it in as we'd spent so much time already in starbucks.

Do you ever feel like there's not enough time to do everything that you want to do in a day? If you do then join the club.

Wooly ponchos

Sorry, i have to talk about them,

But let's get one thing straight - i dont own one :-( but hopefully i'll be able to get one soon :-)

Anyway, there are different ponchos but i'm talking about wooly ponchos. Yes wooly ponchos.

There so nice and i couldnt help but notice the one that Miss Boland was wearing when we went for our trip to starbucks (i know i should have taken some pictures!..)

She was wearing like a baggy light brown sort of camel coloured wooly poncho which i instantly loved. My mum does have a red one (i think) but i don't really wear it because a) i don't wear much red becuase it doesn't suit me and b) because it's a little too big for me anyway.

Shame.

I just love chocolate! white, dark and milk chocolate! . . yummy!!

 Especially hot melted chocolate when your making chocolate cake and you have to melt the chocolate and then you realise you've made too much so theres loads left that you can enjoy all on your own!! mmm, grab the spoon scoop as much up as you can and taste it and let it slide down your throat!! mmmm, this is making me want some NOW . . haha :)

Dont ya just love it? mmm, i do!!! ooo chocolate!!

lol, i adore it and i love it when mum and dad by it as an extra present for christmas, a whole box to yourself, wow! bliss! xx

scones!

Hi i have just put a scone recipe on my recipes, x

baking.

 mmmmmm.... today as part of a home-schooling activity, i made scones with Sian and Solomon, it was great fun :-)

While they were in the oven Sian and Solomon were non-stop asking me "when are they gonna be done?", "can we eat them yet?", "are they ready yet?" and i had to constantly say to them "NO, NO, NO, THEY ARE NOT READY YET, NOW GO AND SIT DOWN!" 

So when they were finally ready to be taken out of the oven, you should have seen the big, proud grins on there faces.

We had them with whipped cream and jam, yum yum. :) they were delightful!!
