Saturday.

Hiya, I thought i'd write a post because for some reason, Stutrday seems to be the best day for posting for me. I've been wanting to do another "Midnight musings" post for a while now, but, i just get too tired. Also, ive been looking for post ideas and pictures and inspirtation, ya'know, things to write about. But, not found a great lot yet, so if my posts are a little boring to you then, sorry. But sometimes i will just ramble on about things a bit, but thats what i do and that is what this blog is about, i write lots and lots about pretty much everything, because i want to read this in a few years time when my life will have changed so much. I'm sure it will be very interesting, ha.

Last night, was well it was Friday night, so it was youth group! As usual it was really really crazy :-) At one point, it was cool becasue us girls or the WILD crew, started singing and harmonising. Which we do a lot of. We enjoy it like a lot.

Tonight, i cannot wait....me, Zsara, Zezi, Hannah, Zani, Cassie, Kieron, Callum, Dan, Oliver, Micheal, Cory, Kyran and Ashley are going to a concetr! (see here). Loads of guest speakers/singers are gonna be there. Whoop! (LZ7!) Yeh, im excited. Dont think i can wait till tonight..

Anyway, i'm sure we will all take millions of pictures, so ill be sure to put them on here soon. Have a blessed day.

Be Happy. Stay Happy.

Alpha away day.

I feel like i just want to write write write loads lately, i don't know if its because of the really long English assignment that i had to write up last week or if its just because i've been inspired a lot lately. Hmm.

I think writing or blogging is really good for me, i don't know about you, but it just gives me a relaxed feeling, sometimes there are things that i don't know how to say, so i simply write them, which seems a lot easier and i can explain myself ten times better. (I think..)

Yesterday, was the start of half-term for me and my friends. So we decided to 'hang out' together in town, for the afternoon, up until youth group at church. So yeh. It was really cold though, but that soon got sorted with hot chocolate and marshmallows! :-)

Today, me and all the other youth and people from church went out for a 'Holy Spirit day' as part of our alpha course. It was like ah-mazing. It was Sooo good soacking up God stuff!

In the breaks, me and the girls, spent time looking around the bulding and taking photos and getting lost and silly stuff like that.. A few pics :-) ..

Laters. Brew time. I need some sleep.
Church tomorrow. And younger sistas bday. Busy. yolo.

About Sunday

I'm sitting here on the sofa in the green room. All the other kids are sitting in the living room watching an episode of the Waltons. Ive just finished a brew and now i'm ready to write. I'll start with a picture..
This picture doesn't have anything to do with what I'm gonna write.. i just thought it was cool ;-)

On Sunday the youth lead the service, which was like really fun. Each one of the youth played a part, whether they sang, read a bible passage, shared a testimony, shared communion, or whatever. Yeh it was a good day.
But oh, the build up to Sunday - we were all nervous, well, i certainly was, on the Saturday when we did the last practice, i felt physically sick and couldn't eat anything.
Not a nice feeling.

I had to write a testimony and share it in the service, that was the problem, i had to stand, on my own, with a microphone, on stage, in front of the whole congregation and i hate public speaking! Eee!
But on the Sunday it was like amazing because as i got up to speak, i just felt so much peace, i knew that God was with me, so as i stepped towards the microphone stand, i took a deep breath and said like the shortest prayer ever in my head then i began my testimony. We'll ignore the bit about not being able to look at anybody and staring at the paper the whole time. 'Cus hey, im still learning!
(my testimony, id rather you didnt try to read it :-P)

Oh, and heres another cool thing, we all (well the girls) wore the same top, that we'd brought the day before...so that was aweomse.
The WILD stands for - "Walking in (the) Lord's direction" Neat huh?
We all wore like loads of bracelets too, we just did silly, girly, fun stuff, lol. :-)

So yeh, Sunday was just the-bomb-dot-com.

That's all im writing for now. Im due-for-a-brew.
